Head of MightyRecruiterAn accomplished technology executive with over 20 years experience and senior global roles in both public and private companies, Andy is responsible for directing MightyRecruiter’s business strategy. He has advised a number of private companies where he was instrumental in product strategy, raising of capital, and international expansion.
Mike Nelson
Head of MarketingInterested in bringing his online advertising background to the recruiting space, Mike joined MightyRecruiter after working with a variety of companies, including the American Red Cross, GoPro, and Facebook. He has managed over $200 million dollars in online advertising spend, with a focus on sales, marketing, and account-based advertising.
Ann Barzman
Head of ProductAs head of product at MightyRecruiter, Ann brings years of product and marketing experience from the likes of Google, LiveCareer, and Jobscience. She leads a team of people passionate about delightful user experiences, and when she’s not working on new features, she’s traveling the world or hanging with her two cats, Taco and Belle.
Samantha Humbert
Head of Customer SuccessWith years of experience in Customer Service for both B2C and B2B customers, Samantha is responsible for heading MightyRecruiter’s Customer Success and Customer Service teams. At her previous gig, she managed the operations of a diversified technology company, where she lead a team of 500+ customer service employees through a $40 million/year operation.
